Product Usage:

Structural features:
A valve combining direct action and pilot action;
The valve core is a stainless steel piston type, and the piston ring will not be clogged by the medium;
The coil starts the valve core and pulls the piston at the same time. It can work normally even at zero pressure;
Special coil, less prone to burning out, and it can restart normally after being stopped for a long time.
Working principle:
Normally closed type: When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force line opens the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve piston decreases, thereby using the pressure difference and electromagnetic force to attract the pilot valve core to move the main piston, and the valve port opens; when the power is cut off, the pressure spring resets and closes the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main piston increases, and the main piston moves downward, the valve closes.
The normally open type is the opposite of the normally closed type.
Note: The pressure at the outlet end is greater than that at the inlet end. If the medium is reversed, it will conduct. A check valve can be installed or a valve with built-in check function can be customized.
