Product Overview:
The ZCRB series gas emergency shut-off valve is a safety accessory for gas pipeline projects, and is mainly applied in the following scenarios:
Connect with the gas leakage monitoring instrument. When the instrument detects a gas leak, it will automatically and quickly close the main gas supply valve, cutting off the gas supply and promptly preventing the occurrence of a serious accident.
2. Connected to the temperature (pressure) safety controller for thermal equipment, when the temperature or pressure at the detection point within the equipment exceeds the set limit values, the gas supply valve will automatically and quickly close, stopping the supply of fuel.
3. Connected to the central fire alarm system of the high-rise building. In the event of a fire in the building, the gas supply within the building will be automatically cut off to prevent the occurrence of a gas explosion;
4. In the gas supply network of cities or factories, ZCRB gas emergency shut-off valves are installed. These valves can be centrally controlled in the central control room, and emergency shutdown of the gas supply to the accident site can be remotely controlled.
Product functions and working principle:
This electromagnetic valve is a normally open instantaneous-on power-on contact type valve. It has an accident self-locking and manual reset function. This series of electromagnetic valves adopts a piston structure and can withstand high temperatures and pressures, as well as have a long service life.
1. The solenoid valve is always in the open position during normal operation, and the electromagnetic coil is in a de-energized state, thus consuming no electrical energy.
2. When the control system detects that an accident may occur, it issues an electrical signal command. The electromagnetic coil only needs to be energized momentarily to trigger the valve to close rapidly.
And it enters the self-locking state. At this point, even if the power is removed, the valve will remain in the self-locking closed state and will not automatically reopen.
3. Once the accident has been handled, if the gas supply needs to be reconnected, the valve must be manually reopened. Pull the handle to the extreme position (the maximum travel point) and then release it. Only then will the gas supply be restored.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
