The characteristics and applications of TA10 titanium alloy control valve: 


Structure and working principle: The closing element (valve disc) of the TA10 titanium alloy stop valve moves along the center line of the valve seat. The stroke of the valve stem for opening or closing is relatively short, and it has a reliable cutting function. The change of the valve seat orifice is in direct proportion to the travel of the valve disc, which is suitable for flow regulation and can be used for cutting, regulating and throttling operations. 

Material characteristics: The TA10 titanium alloy stop valve utilizes the stable oxidation film and self-passivation property of titanium metal material in a highly corrosive environment, enabling it to resist severe corrosive conditions. 

Structural features: Compact structure, reasonable design, good valve rigidity, smooth channels, low flow resistance coefficient. Utilizes flexible graphite and fluorine-based packing for reliable sealing, and is easy to operate and handle. Drive methods include manual, electric, and gear-air transmission. Easy to maintain, simple structure, strong valve disc mobility, and convenient for disassembly and replacement. 

Technical Specifications: The design standards include GB/T12235, ASME B16.34, and BS1873; the structural lengths comply with GB/T12221 and ASME B16.10; the connection flange standards vary, such as HG, GB, JB, API, and ANSI, etc.; the test standards follow JB/T9092, GB/T13927, and API59.

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
