Overview of the forged Y-type check valve product:

The function of the forged Y-type check valve is to allow the medium to flow in only one direction and prevent reverse flow. Usually, this valve operates automatically. Under the pressure of the fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure, the self-weight of the valve disc, and the counteracting pressure of the balancing pipe act on the valve disc to seal against the sealing surface of the valve seat, thereby cutting off the flow of the medium and achieving the sealing effect. 

Product features of the forged Y-type check valve:

1. Self-sealing: The higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance.

2. The high-temperature and high-pressure parts are made of heat-resistant alloy steel, with excellent high-temperature performance.

3. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made by welding alloy steel or cobalt-based hard alloy, which are wear-resistant, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion-resistant, and have good scratch resistance, and have a long service life.

4. The valve disc can move up and down in the valve body. When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the reverse pressure of the medium, the weight of the valve disc, and the pressure from the balance pipe from top to bottom will close the valve disc.
