Overview of the Stainless Steel Sliding-Track Ball-Type Check Valve:

This stainless steel sliding-track ball-type check valve is suitable for installation at the outlet of a submersible sewage pump. The valve disc is made of rubber-covered balls. Under the action of the medium, the balls can roll up and down on the integral sliding track within the valve body, thereby opening or closing the valve. It is used to prevent backflow of water and water hammer damage to the pump. The balls are covered with a soft sealing layer. The flow channel formed by the inlet and outlet and the sliding track form a 30° angle. The valve cover surface inside the valve body has an arc-shaped groove that fits the balls. The valve seat adopts an inwardly recessed structure and is equipped with a sealing pad. The outer surface of the balls and the valve seat both have soft seals, enhancing the sealing performance. Additionally, the sliding track of the balls is designed at a 30° angle to the flow channel, allowing the fluid entering the inlet to easily push the balls to roll along the sliding track into the arc-shaped groove on the inner side of the valve cover, accelerating the flow rate of the fluid. Opening and closing the valve are very convenient.
