The working principle of the ZJHP pneumatic single-seat regulating valve 


The main working principle of the ZJHP pneumatic single-seat regulating valve is to use control signals (such as air pressure, electrical signals, etc.) to drive the actuator, thereby pushing the valve stem and valve core to move within the valve body. When the valve core moves, it will change the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby regulating parameters such as the flow rate and pressure of the fluid. 

Specifically, when the control signal sends a positive signal to the actuator, the actuator will push the valve stem and valve core upward, reducing the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby increasing the pressure and flow rate of the fluid. Conversely, when the control signal sends a negative signal to the actuator, the actuator will push the valve stem and valve core downward, increasing the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby reducing the pressure and flow rate of the fluid.

1. API 600 standard: The valve body and valve cover of ZJHP pneumatic single-seat regulating valve are designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with API 600 standards.
