Electric double-seat regulating valve - Application 

The ZAZN electric double-seat regulating valve is composed of a DDZ type linear electric actuator and a straight-through double-seat valve. It is powered by a single-phase AC 220V supply and accepts 0-10mA or 4-20mA DC signals. It automatically controls the opening degree of the regulating valve to achieve continuous regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level in the pipeline. 

The seat valve has two valve cores, one on the top and one on the bottom. The thrust exerted by the fluid on the top and bottom valve cores is in opposite directions and is approximately equal in magnitude. The unbalanced force is very small, allowing for a large pressure difference. The rated flow coefficient of this valve is larger than that of a single-seat valve with the same diameter. However, the leakage of this valve is greater than that of a single-seat valve. 

Suitable for clean medium applications where the requirement for leakage is not strict and the pressure difference before and after the valve is large.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
