Pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve - Overview:
The ZSHV pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve is composed of a pneumatic piston actuator and a V-type ball valve. It is an angle-travel regulating valve that controls the flow by having the V-shaped cut ball seat plate rotate against the sealing surface within a small opening range.
The V-shaped cut ball panel not only increases the adjustment ratio but also has a shearing effect on the sealing ring during throttling. Therefore, it is suitable for control systems requiring a large adjustment ratio, as well as for controlling fluids containing fibers or slurry-like fluids. The product is widely used in industries such as petroleum, power, chemical engineering, metallurgy, papermaking, textile, medicine, food, and light industry.
