Hastelloy alloy control valve. Hastelloy alloy is a type of nickel-based alloy. Currently, it is mainly divided into three series: B, C, and G. It is mainly used in occasions where strong corrosive media that cannot be handled by iron-based Cr-N or CrNH-Mo stainless steel and non-metallic materials are present. It is widely applied in various fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, and environmental protection.

The Hagey alloy stop valve is a specially designed valve with the following features: 

Corrosion resistance: The Hastelloy alloy control valve is highly resistant to corrosion in all concentrations and temperatures of caustic alkaline solutions, and has excellent resistance to alkaline cracking. It is suitable for working conditions involving high-temperature and concentrated alkaline corrosive media. 

Structural Design: The structure is compact and well-designed, with good valve rigidity, smooth channels, and a low flow resistance coefficient. Flexible graphite and fluorine-based packing are used for sealing, ensuring reliable operation. The drive methods include manual, electric, and gear-air transmission. 

Technical parameters: The pressure rating range is extensive, ranging from PN1.0 - 10.0 MPa to CLASS150 - 600 Lb. The nominal diameter is DN15 - DN300 (1/2 - 12). The main materials include H.B, H.C, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy G30, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, etc. 

Application fields: Applicable to industries such as chemical engineering, petrochemical engineering, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper manufacturing, and environmental protection, etc. Particularly outstanding in harsh corrosive environments.
