The high-pressure drain valve is applied in the condensate water system of thermal power plants, as well as being used as a high-pressure drain valve, a minimum flow recirculation regulating valve for the condensate pump, an oxygen remover water level regulating valve, and a condenser makeup water regulating valve. The sleeve three-stage throttling method involves gradually expanding the throttling area of the channels.
