VB7200 Proportional Integral Electric Regulating Valve - Working Principle: 


The VB7200 proportional-integral electric regulating valve system is suitable for the summer temperature control of the air handling units in air conditioning systems. The supply air temperature control system consists of a temperature sensor TE-1, a proportional-integral temperature controller TC-1, and an electric two-way valve TV-1. It is installed in the return air duct. TE-1 transmits the detected temperature signal to TC-1. TC-1 conti

nuously compares the value detected by TE-1 with the set value and continuously outputs signals to control the opening degree of TV-1, which can be adjusted continuously to keep the return air temperature within the required range. The normally closed electric valve installed at the fresh air inlet is linked with the fan of the unit. When the fan starts, the fresh air valve is fully open; when the fan stops, the fresh air valve and water valve are fully closed. R is the intermediate relay used for the linkage. The air pressure difference switch DPS-1 is used to detect the ventilation condition of the filter screen. The dirtier the filter screen is, the lower the ventilation rate is, and the greater the pressure difference between the two sides. When the pressure difference exceeds the set value of DPS-1, the microswitch operates and sends out an alarm signal. 


VB7200 Proportional Integral Electric Regulating Valve - Product Features: 


The proportional integral electric regulating valve is equipped with a cast aluminum bracket and a plastic housing, featuring a small size and light weight.

★ It adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor with magnetic clutch mechanism, providing reliable self-protection.

★ It is suitable for various control signals: incremental (floating point), voltage (0~10V), current (4~20mA).

★ It comes with a 0~10V or 4~20mA feedback signal (optional).

★ The transmission gears are made of metal gears, significantly extending the service life of the driver.

★ The valve body is available in cast copper, cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel options, suitable for different working media and temperature requirements. 


Product Installation: 


· Install according to the flow direction indicated by the valve body.

· Before installing the valve, ensure that the pipeline is clean and free of oxides left from welding.

· When connecting the pipeline to the valve body, it must be perfectly aligned and must not be subject to vibration.

· The driver should be installed vertically on top of the valve body to avoid the driver being placed below the valve, which could cause water ingress.

· Leave sufficient space for disassembling the driver from the valve body during daily maintenance.

· The valve must not be installed in environments with an ambient temperature higher than 50℃ or lower than -5℃. It should also not be placed in areas exposed to steam, hydraulic jets, or dripping water.


The VB7200 proportional integral electric regulating valve can be used in conjunction with a thermostat. The thermostat controls the motor of the electric valve to open or close the valve, thereby enabling the supply or cutoff of cold or hot water in the pipeline. Then, through the air supply of the fan coil unit, the temperature can be automatically adjusted.
