The main working principle of the threaded explosion-proof solenoid valve product:

The explosion-proof solenoid valve can be divided into two structures based on the energized state: normally open and normally closed. The normally closed direct-acting explosion-proof solenoid valve is in the closed state when the power is off. When the coil is energized, the valve core is subjected to strong electromagnetic force due to electromagnetic induction, and the valve core overcomes the spring force and engages with the valve disc at the moment of opening the valve body, allowing the medium to flow. When the coil of the direct-acting explosion-proof solenoid valve is de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears instantly, and the moving iron core is reset under the action of the spring force. The valve closes, and the medium stops flowing. The direct-acting explosion-proof solenoid valve has a simple structure and reliable operation, and can work normally even under zero pressure difference and micro vacuum conditions.
