I. Pneumatic Low-Temperature Single-Seat Control Valve - Overview
The ZMAP-16D pneumatic low-temperature single-seat control valve is a variant of the single-seat and double-seat types. The difference from normal temperature is that it adopts a long-neck type upper valve cover, allowing the packing to work at normal temperature. It is suitable for regulating media (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.) under low-temperature conditions of -60 to -250 degrees Celsius. To ensure the accuracy of regulation, a positioner must be used.
II. Pneumatic Low-Temperature Single-Seat Control Valve - Structural Principle
The pneumatic low-temperature control valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a low-temperature-resistant single or double-seat valve. The signal pressure from the regulator is input into the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, generating a thrust. This thrust is transmitted through the connecting rods to the valve core, and the change in the position of the valve core results in a change in the flow cross-section of the valve, thereby achieving the regulation of the medium flow.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’ is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition
